Shri Rohan Chand Thakur (IAS), Managing Director HPKVN at 3 days, 8th International Skill Forum, started from 27th of August, organized by Asian Development Bank at it’s headquarters in Manila, Philippines. Shri Thakur was part of panel on TVET practices in East Asia and South Asia at Skills Forum 2019. He interacted with TVET practitioners from all over the world. He also gave brief details on project at ADB platform.
